What I Believe
I believe in radical transparency and a notion of reciprocity between writer and reader as well as company and customer. I believe in writing the truth, even when it hurts. At work I believe in speaking with candor, even when it’s unpopular. As a humanist, I’m also an advocate of design thinking and feel we can use it to solve almost any challenge.
Who I Am
I’m a career mom navigating the beautiful complexity of balancing executive leadership, creative storytelling, and family life and sharing the lessons along the way.
My daughter and the outdoors claim most of my free time these days. While she’s busy creating her own worlds, I’m leading product marketing at Ordergroove, where I’m building a best-in-class function and shaping our agentic AI roadmap and market positioning. I also advise early-stage startup CEOs through my advisory practice, helping them launch brands with strategic storytelling that accelerates fundraising and customer acquisition.
My career spans 20+ years translating complex technology into compelling narratives. I’ve led product marketing and design at Narvar, headed innovation and UX at Gap Inc., driven business development for IDEO’s retail portfolio, and designed growth strategies at Kurt Salmon (now Accenture Strategy) for Fortune 500 companies. What sets me apart is my “left and right brained” approach. I combine rigorous data analysis with creative storytelling to rally teams around a singular vision.
I’m also working on my first novel—young adult fiction—because apparently I needed one more thing to juggle.
Speaking Inquiries
I speak at national and local conferences on innovation, radical transparency, and the power of storytelling.
